Vicente Núñez Sánchez first joined the CCWJ in 2021 as a visiting student, returning to pursue his MSc degree from 2022 - 2023. Vicente was also Tresurer for the University of Alberta AWS/CWBA Student Chapter committee. His work with the CCWJ focused on droplet temperature measurement in Gas Metal Arc Welding in Aluminum alloys.
After completing his masters, Vicente has since worked as a Welding Engineer with Petricio Industrial and as an Inspector with Metaltech. Today, he works with Proingas as a Development Engineer.
Vicente has been a volleyball player his entire life and now is exploring new parts of the world with his bike. As a sportsman, he is always happy to play sports with friends.
